Trauma informed coaching is the practice of understanding how past trauma can show up in current situations for clients, how to support a client in understanding it, and ensuring that you lead coaching clients into a psychologically safe space, where they won't be further traumatized.

Trauma-informed coaches develop a keen sense of empathy, emotional intelligence, and a profound understanding of how trauma influences individuals. Trauma-informed coaches are trained to recognise the indicators of trauma, provide support without prejudice, and establish a secure environment for healing.

It helps you see the system, or rather systems plural, you are part of. And where it might be out of balance or not serving you to your full potential.
A coaching constellation is a way of mapping out a system. Be it your team, your family, even your own internal world. You use objects, cards, or physical markers to represent the parts of the system and place them in relation to each other.
You then observe what shows up.
This practice isn’t about logic. It’s about tuning into the felt sense of a system – the energy. You’re noticing where the tension sits, what feels aligned or misaligned, and where small shifts might restore balance.

Constellations allow an inner alignment with the natural organising principles which sustain the human condition at work, in life. A constellation often facilitates a profound movement in the coachee as they experience the non-verbal language exchange that a constellation provides.

Our parts can impact our mental health, our ability to function in the world, our capacity for emotional intelligence, and the quality of our relationships with others.
By getting to know, understand, and appreciate their intentions (many of our parts are trying to protect us in some way), we develop what IFS calls Self-leadership. Self with a capital S refers to our essence – who we really are. Self has access to resources and qualities that some of our misaligned parts don’t. Many of our parts hold ideas about who we need to be and who we are afraid we might be. Sometimes we think, feel, and behave unconsciously under the influence of parts. Developing a relationship between Self and parts builds Self-leadership which results in a better life.

When the Self leads, inner harmony can be restored.

As a trauma-informed coach I support clients with grief. When a client loses someone, is in transition with a career, or has an illness there’s a good chance their life will never the same again. Because you see, it’s not always just the loss itself that weighs heavily on a client. They may also grieve what their life could have been.

A healing session to bring you back to your zero point. This session is for relaxation and grounding. I use Reiki, breathe work and guided meditations.

Connecting with yourself through nature. This session is a coaching and healing session walking in nature and connecting to Mother Gaia. This allows the client to ground and to get out of their heads and connect to their hearts

I meet you were you are at. Quantum healing uses modalities that heal physical, mental, emotional and energetic wounds. A client has to be open and committed to the process. You are the Healer.

Trusting yourself and becoming aware of your strengths is key to a successful and whole life. Working with others, starts first working with yourself. With compassion and a structured coaching approach, we (client & coach) work together to create concrete action plans to work with self and others. Trust the process. I am a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and work one on one with clients and with organizations. Assessments are not included in the price.

Once upon a time, consultants were hired to parachute into an organization, and provide an ‘answer' and a strategic planning was done but never integrated. However, in today’s world, this model of work is no longer useful, or sustainable. Today’s world is about asking the right questions; framing a conversation in the right way to ignite people’s curiosity, commitment and shared aspirations for a future that they want to co-create.
