As a Transformational Coach, Andrea has been on a life long journey of discovery and along the way she has found that self-awareness is key to overall well-being. Andrea is heart centred and is always learning more about her strengths, how she interacts with others, her areas of ongoing development and that we all work together in a beautiful and complex system. She is a certified trauma-informed coach and creates a safe space for clients to become resilient and more aware that they are Whole.

Trust and leadership are her passions and Andrea has been fortunate to coach, facilitate and write about this important topic. She believes we need to learn to trust ourselves first. Trust is also key in developing and fostering relationships with others. 

Andrea is on a journey of remembering her playful self, her ancestors, and her connection to Mother Gaia. She has been married for over twenty-eight years to her husband, Graham, who grounds her every day with his love and passion for life.  She is also the proud mom of Emily and Charlie and her two fur babies,  Mishka and Phantym – all her evolving projects of love. She is surrounded by nature and lives by the Great Lakes in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
